Biography:
Feed efficiency and product quality are important areas for livestock producers and animal product consumers. My research focus in understand de biological mechanism that regulate feed efficiency, adipose tissue metabolism and their impact on beef, sheep and dairy production. To evaluate that I integrate on my research the areas of gut physiology, endocrinology and cell biology (muscle, adipose tissue, mammary gland, hypothalamus and liver).
